Careline’s Clarifying Toner is designed to complete the cleansing process of the face and neck, to shrink skin pores, provide balanced moisture to the skin and to prepare it for absorbing moisturizing cream.

The Toner is enriched with witch-hazel for deep skin cleansing, salicylic acid, which facilitates the removal of dead skin cells, polysaccharides, to prevent irritation, menthol for a long-lasting refreshing feeling and moisturizing ingredients that prevent skin dryness and stiffness.
